Papua Exotic Baliem Valey Adventure

Day.1.JAYAPURA – WAMENA, Baliem Valley
Upon arrival Jayapura airport meeting service by our local staff then proceed assisting by our staff report to the local authorities for a formal entry permit arrangements. Afterwards proceed check in for connecting flight to WAMENA of Baliem valley by TRIGANA Air. Upon arrival at  Wamena airport, meeting service by our guide then transfer to selected hotel for check in, followed by Lunch at Hotel. After Lunch a short brief explanation with your guide about the tour . Next In the afternoon a short coach drive tour to visit  Dani Village nearby, on to  Napua hill view point for an open wide view top that looks-down the Baliem valley  and Wamena district and LANI tribe compound.  Late afternoon  back to hotel - overnight.

Day.2.Southern BALIEM valley Exploring
After breakfast at hotel, set out hotel by car drive heading southern  to visit WESAPUT village – an area of Dani tribes colony, an interesting walking through the Dani’s villages, browse with local people, experience the Dani’s working in their field- planting the sweat potatoes and yams using an old method. Continue explore the southern Baliem valley  visiting various villages and meet the tribes and enjoy the nature surrounding. Lunch box served en-route. Late afternoon return to hotel.

Day.3.Northern BALIEM Exploring
After breakfast, full day tour to explore the Northern part of Baliem Valley, begin with a drive to  JIWIKA  the starting point  to climb up to Milli mountain to reach the Salt water spring,  and experience how the Dani’s women making salt in traditional way using the banana leaf. Onward walk down to SUPAIMA village to see the 250 years old mummy. Lunch will serve at Lauk Inn (simple restaurant). After lunch then walk  to ANEMOIGI village to enjoy the traditional Dani  dances and mock war battle performance and cooking show. Afterward drive further north to visit WAGA village and KONTILOLA nature cave. Late afternoon return to hotel - overnight

Day.4.WAMENA - JAYAPURA Departure
After breakfast – morning at leisure until time to transfer to Wamena airport for  departure flight to Jayapura by Trigana Air. Upon arrival at Sentani airport Jayapura, meeting service then transfer to check-in at selected hotel. Afterwards enjoy sightseeing tour of Jayapura, visit to WW II memorial site of Mc.Arthur at IFAR Gunung, continue enjoy an hour boat ride excursion  on the Lake Sentani to see the local tribes living along the lake. Lunch serve at Yougwa restaurant on the lakeside. After Lunch continue visit Abepura Museum for its superb collections of Papua’s and Hamadi market. Late afternoon return to hotel – overnight

Day.5.Jayapura  - Next destination
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight to next destination
